The Lead Coordinator for the Resuscitation Management program is an expert in the specialty of code management, clinical outcomes, education, and data analytics. Reporting to the Associate Director/Director of Medicine Services, the Resuscitation Lead Coordinator maintains oversight of the design, implementation, and evaluation of resuscitation processes which support education, clinical practice, and quality improvement. Serves as a role model for inter-professional communication and exemplifies organizational leadership. The Resuscitation Lead Coordinator is accountable for strategic program development, implementation, and evaluation related to resuscitation management.
Bachelors Degree of Nursing required. Master's Degree in Healthcare and/or Business preferred.
Minimum of eight (8) years nursing experience in an acute care environment; a minimum of five (5) years experience in critical care nursing required. Experience in a leadership role required.
Current CT RN license.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor preferred or completed within 6 months of hire. Get With The Guidelines-Resuscitation Certification preferred or completed within 6 months of hire.
