Primary responsibility to for a variety of duties related to washing dishes in pot-room, sanitation of pot-room and storeroom, and assisting with receiving, storage and dispensing of food and related dietary supplies.
High School graduate or GED required **Employees employed by YNHH effective 9/12/2012 as a result of the acquisition of the Hospital of St Raphael may meet educational requirements with the applicable combination of education and experience and demonstration of current competences.
Six (6) months to one (1) year in the food service industry required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to stand in one place for up to three (3) hours. Must be able to push and pull convent truck. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to maintain inventory control log and equipment temperature log. Must be able to perform similar or related duties as required or directed.
